La sesi\u00f3n termin\u00f3 el 14\/4\/23 sin ning\u00fan movimiento real. La empresa recibi\u00f3 una lecci\u00f3n de historia sobre el origen y la intenci\u00f3n del antiguo lenguaje. El comit\u00e9 de empresa no tiene a nadie en su lado de la mesa con historial negociador. Responden a nuestras preocupaciones con lo que &#8220;creen&#8221; que significa el lenguaje. No creemos lo que significa el lenguaje; \u00a1sabemos lo que significa el lenguaje!  <\/p>\n\n<p>La empresa sigue eludiendo cualquier avance en la resoluci\u00f3n de los problemas que crean. Entre las cuestiones sin resolver se incluyen, entre otras, cuestiones de antig\u00fcedad, procedimiento de reclamaci\u00f3n, cuestiones salariales, semanas laborales, m\u00e1quinas de hielo y salud y seguridad de los empleados. La reasignaci\u00f3n de fondos no es suficiente para una empresa que obtiene beneficios r\u00e9cord de miles de millones cada a\u00f1o.  <\/p>\n\n<p>El Comit\u00e9 de Nor Cal no tiene paciencia con las t\u00e1cticas negociadoras de la empresa. &#8220;NO INTERESA&#8221; parece ser el mantra de la empresa. NO LES INTERESA&#8221; proporcionar listas de antig\u00fcedad exactas, &#8220;NO LES INTERESA&#8221; proporcionar hielo.
