La carta de cada individuo inclu\u00eda un &#8220;Formulario de Detalles de Reclamaci\u00f3n&#8221; espec\u00edfico para su reclamaci\u00f3n.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Si presentaste una reclamaci\u00f3n de este modo, debes rellenar el formulario seg\u00fan las instrucciones y devolverlo en el sobre adjunto que se te facilit\u00f3. Esto forma parte del proceso de conciliaci\u00f3n de reclamaciones.
