Si estos miembros no tuvieran un contrato sindical con un lenguaje que les permitiera mantener su categor\u00eda y antig\u00fcedad, <strong>tendr\u00edan que empezar de nuevo cada vez que Meta eligiera una nueva<\/strong>empresa. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sin representaci\u00f3n sindical<\/h3>\n\n<p>As\u00ed es; imagina que tuvieras que cambiar de empresa cada a\u00f1o y perder tu antig\u00fcedad, escala salarial y prestaciones.  <strong>Esta es una realidad del empleo fuera del trabajo sindical.  <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Con representaci\u00f3n sindical<\/h3>\n\n<p><strong>Con el Sindicato, estos conductores tienen una carrera; sin \u00e9l, volver\u00edan a empezar cada vez que la empresa contratara a un nuevo conductor.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Se construyen y protegen carreras en el mundo real.<\/h3>\n\n<p>Como ejemplo, estos miembros siguieron su trabajo de WeDriveU a Mosaic el a\u00f1o pasado en marzo. Ahora Meta ha vuelto a adjudicar el trabajo a WeDriveU. En serio, es como un yoy\u00f3. Va a hacer exactamente un a\u00f1o desde la \u00faltima transici\u00f3n.   <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Esto ha ocurrido diez(10) veces desde 2019 a un ritmo vertiginoso &#8211; y cada vez se protege a los miembros de Teamsters 853.<\/h3>\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\">Compass a WeDriveU - Tesla,<br\/>Compass a WeDriveU - Genentech, <br\/>Compass a WeDriveU - Netflix;<br\/>WeDriveU a Hallcon - Amazon, <br\/>WeDriveU a Storer - Meta Coach, <br\/>WeDriveU - Meta Inter campus a Mosaic; <br\/>Hallcon a Mosaic -Meta Coach; <br\/>Mosaic a WeDriveU - Meta inter campus, <br\/>Mosaic a Hallcon - Meta Coach; <br\/>Storer a Hallcon y <br\/>WeDriveU -Meta Coach.<\/pre>\n\n<p>El lenguaje contractual del convenio colectivo protege a los conductores cada vez que un contratista pierde un cliente a favor de otro; no tienen que volver a empezar. Hacer carrera en esta industria ser\u00eda francamente imposible sin el Sindicato.   <strong>Tambi\u00e9n es un claro ejemplo de c\u00f3mo las empresas han establecido normas que destruir\u00edan la oportunidad de un empleado de hacer carrera y s\u00f3lo se centran en maximizar los beneficios de la empresa.  <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Esto es lo que el sindicato hace por los afiliados. D\u00eda tras d\u00eda, 24 horas al d\u00eda, 7 d\u00edas a la semana, en todas las industrias a las que servimos.
